About Kimi

Gradient Daisy Media is a collective of my passions. It started way back in 2010... I was a junior in High School when I got my first nice camera, after playing with point and shoot cameras for a few years. I loved having photography sessions with anyone and everything- from taking my classmate's senior portraits, to family weddings, to the flowers in my backyard in Alaska, always intrigued with the art of photography.

Then, it totally clicked one day..

Back in Fall of 2022 I had this feeling I couldn't shake of wanting to start a photography business. I knew that I wanted to focus on portraits and small business marketing; I had loved getting to know local small businesses through my marketing career, and taking photos of my kids, friends, and family throughout the years brought me so much joy.

I decided to give it a try and launch Gradient Daisy Media at the start of 2023!

Everything has totally taken off from there!

I have since worked with dozens of small Alaskan businesses, covered beautiful wedding days for couples, photographed a dozen+ local events, worked with solo service providers and makers one on one, and of course MANY families and individuals for portraits!
